City crews will be working on Heivly Street to fix a collapsed sewer main

City of Decorah Water/Sewer Superintendent Todd Ihde says crews may be temporarily closing portions of Heivly Street in Decorah to work on a collapsed sewer main in the area.

Heivly Street has been bedeviled by flooding problems and a variety of work is being planned to improve drainage in the area.

Construction projects will be signed and detoured if closing the road becomes necessary.
