Harmony, Minnesota man arrested on multiple charges

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Harmony, Minnesota man Sunday night on multiple charges.

22-year-old Edgar Tecpile was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.  He faces charges of Failure to Appear on a charge of Operating While Under the Influence; Interference with Official Acts; Driving while LIcense Denied or Revoked and Driving With No Valid Driver's License.
