Two discussions on Truman biography upcoming

Join the Decorah Public Library throughout the month of August to discuss historian David McCullogh's Pulitzer Prize-winning biography "Truman;" about the last U.S. President to serve as a living link between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

The life of Harry S. Truman is a classic American story filled with vivid characters--Roosevelt, Stalin, Churchill, Marshall, McCarthy and Acheson--and dramatic events

The first half of the book will be discussed on Thursday, August 18. The second half will be review on Thursday, September 15.
