Author with local roots deals with "second chances"

J. Belle Ortega, author and owner of Everyday First Class personal development company, has recently  published "Play It Again, Frank." Ortega's fiction deals with a 1929 stock broker, suicide, guardian angels and second chances. She says her upbringing in rural Cresco and challenging life situations taught her a lot about work ethic, second chances, and making the decision to be happy.
