Vandal breaks car window in West Decorah

Decorah Police responded to a call early on Sunday morning that a rock had been thrown through the front passenger window of a car parked on North street in West Decorah.

Aside from a smashed window, a small rock was visible on the passenger seat. There was no indication of any theft.
