Woman who served as a mentor in Winneshiek County receives Governor's Award

A Monticello woman who has served as a mentor in Winneshiek and Delaware counties has received a Governor's Volunteer Award for her service.

Lisa Farley was honored for her two decades of volunteer services with Helping Services' Youth Mentoring Program.  Lisa is the founder of the agency's youth mentoring program and became one of its first ten mentors.
