Sheriff's Department makes three separate arrests

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says it arrested three people in separate incidents over the weekend.

43-year-old Rachel Sorenson of Castalia was arrested 10:30 p.m. Friday on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury.  Sorenson was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.


Around 2:00 Saturday morning, 51-year-old Scott Sindelar of Fort Atkinson was arrested on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated.  Sindelar also was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.

Around 2:00 Sunday morning, 25-year-old Cole Mc Crea of Decorh was arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Driving While Barred following a traffic stop on Old Stage Road.  McCrea was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
