Cresco man and woman arrested on Winneshiek County theft charges

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies Thursday afternoon served arrest warrants on a Cresco man and woman.

33-year-old Justin Borseth and 37-year-old Stephanie Borseth were charged with 2nd Degree Theft.  The two had been in custody in the Howard County Jail in Cresco.  Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies served the warrants on the Borseths and took them to the Winneshiek County Jail.
