Decorah man arrested for second offense drunk driving

Decorah Police say an officer observed a car striking a curb on Broadway Street around 10:20 Wednesday night. The officer stopped the vehicle on Oak Street, then arrested the driver, 38-year-old Jerome Sanderson, on a charge of Second Offense Operating While Intoxicated.
