There's a new campus pastor at Luther College.
Reverend Anne Edison-Albright will join College Pastor Michael Blair in Luther's Office for College Ministries starting August 15th.
Edison-Albright earned a Master of Divinity degree from Yale Divinity School and completed her Lutheran Year formation at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. She completed her pastoral internship at Bratislava International Church and taught religion at a bilingual Lutheran high school in Bratislava, Slovakia. She was ordained in 2010.
Edison-Albright has served as pastor at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, since 2010. During her time at Redeemer Lutheran, the congregation was honored with the 2015 Portage County Hunger and Poverty Prevention Partnership Award. In 2014, Edison-Albright was awarded the Beatitudes Society's J. Philip Swander Brave Preacher Award.
As a college pastor, Edison-Albright will offer Bible studies with the assistance of student leaders, mentor student groups and be active in the Decorah and broader faith community.
