40-year-old Harold Allen Jacobson Junior of Decorah is now facing two felony charges and two serious misdemeanor charges.
Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies say Jacobson returned to the Winneshiek County Jail Friday afternoon with a baggie in his possession. The baggie allegedly contained Schedule 2 and Schedule 4 prescriptions pills, which were unlabeled.
Jacobson has been charged with possession of contraband in a correctional institution, a Class D felony; third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony; and two counts of unlawful possession of prescription drugs, both of which are serious misdemeanors.
Because the charges have been filed, Jacobson's work release permit has been revoked.
