Luther's Neubauer receives Outstanding Student Advisor Award

Luther College Student Activities Coordinator Trish Neubauer has been given the Outstanding Student Advisor award.  Luther students Hailey Johnson and Jesus Lucero, who presented the award to Neubauer during a ceremony at the college, said "she works exceptionally hard to make sure SAC members are getting the most of their experience. She pushes officers to go above and beyond, which leads to great leaders and wonderful events and activities."  Her SAC students call her their "Luther Mom" and consider her a campus celebrity.  
 
In her role as coordinator of Student Activities and the Union, Neubauer oversees SAC and helps coordinate various aspects of managing Dahl Centennial Union. Neubauer has been the coordinator for Luther's Student Activities Council since 1981.
