Decorah Quilts of Valor receives grant from WCCF

The Decorah Quilts of Valor has received a grant from the Winneshiek County Community Foundation.

The program will use the grant money to buy patriotic fabric and other supplies needed to create the quilts, which are presented to Winneshiek County veterans touched by war.
