Police arrest Decorah man on narcotics charges

The Decorah Police Department served a search warrant at a Decorah home around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.  20-year-old Jeremy Dunn of Decorah was arrested on a charge of Conspiracy to Deliver Marijuana, a Class D felony.

Another resident of the home at 110 West Street, Kyla Kulow, was referred to Juvenile Court for a narcotics violation.

The Decorah Police Department was assisted by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department, West Union POlice Department, Winneshiek County Attorney's Office and Fayette County Attorney's Office.
