Winneshiek County Board observes NICC's 50th anniversary

The Winneshiek County Board of Supervisors has issued a proclamation honoring Northeast Iowa Community College's 50th anniversary.

The community college's impact now has grown so large that an estimated one in seven community members in northeast Iowa are served by NICC each year.

"NICC looks forward to many more years of service and our partnership with Winneshiek County," said NICC advancement director Julie Wurtzel. "Together, we are focused on providing our students with education and workforce training that will make a difference in their lives and positively impact our northeast Iowa community both now and into the future."
