Two face drug charges following traffic stop in Decorah Monday night

Decorah Police say they arrested two people following a traffic stop in the McDonald's parking lot Monday night.

Police say 20-year-old Kathryn Yarwood of Waterloo showed signs of impairment during field tests.  She was taken to the Decorah Police Department for further testing, then arrested for 1st Offense Impaired Driving; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A passenger in Yarwood's car, Marlene Jones, whose age and residence were not given, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
