Minnesota man faces three criminal charges in the theft of a car from a rural Winneshiek County farm

Wykoff, Minnesota resident 39-year-old Justin Rickert  has been arrested on three criminal charges stemming from the theft of a car last Sunday in Winneshiek County.

The car was stolen from a rural Winneshiek County farm on Sunday, along with purses and several personal items.  On Wednesday Rickert was arrested in Fillmore County and is being held in the Fillmore County Jail on additional Minnesota charges. 

Rickert will be transported to the Winneshiek County Jail at a later date.

The investigation into the case is continuing.  Police say further charges are pending.
