Library looking for summer reading mentors

The Decorah Public Library this summer will be offering a reading mentor program.

Students in kindergarten, first or second grade will be teamed with high school students and adult volunteers for one-on-one shared reading experiences.
"Book Buddies" will meet from 1:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. Thursdays starting June 9th and running until July 28th.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with a deadline of May 5th.
