North Winneshiek Superintendent Tim Dugger could split time between Postville and North Winn next school year

North Winneshiek School District Superintendent Tim Dugger could be splitting his time between two school districts next year.

The North Winneshiek School District has announced there will be a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the Fine Arts & Civic Center at Postville High School to discuss a possible sharing agreement for superintendent with the Postville Community Schools.

Dugger has been superintendent at North Winneshiek since 2004.  Under the proposal being considered Thursday night, he would continue his job at North Winneshiek and add the job of Superintendent in Postville.
