New pilot project being used in April at St. Benedict's Church in Decorah

St. Benedict Church in Decorah will be celebrating the Eucharist at its 10:00 a.m. Mass in April with a new pilot project entitled, "Risen and Renewed."

The "Risen and Renewed" theme is based off the successful Rebuilt program at the Church of the Nativity in Timonium, Maryland.

These Catholic masses will incorporate new concepts, music, homily, fellowship, and prayer to reach out to Catholics across the Northeast Iowa area.

"With the spirit of Easter joy and in the hope of belonging and believing, we encourage all to come pray with us," said St. Benedict's priest Father Phil Gibbs.

All are welcome to attend any or all of the 10:00 AM Sunday masses throughout April.
