Decorah HS Mock Trial Team competes at state tournament

Two members of the Decorah High School mock trial team have won statewide recognition.

Brianna Doyle and Naomi Davidson were named "Outstanding Witness" and "Outstanding Attorney," respectively, at the State Mock Trial competition. Each received this award for the second consecutive year.  Each was named one of the top 16 participants out of over 270 competitors at the state tournament.

The Decorah HS Mock Trial team lost to state finalist West Des Moines Valley and to Spencer at the State Mock Trial Tournament, while defeating a team from Harlan.
