Norwegian journalist visits Decorah to get opinions about the American Presidential contest

The U.S. presidential election is big news around the entire world--not just in America.

A University of Oslo historian who also writes for the Norwegian newspaper "Dagbladet," Hallvard Notaker, visited Vesterheim this past week to interview Decorah residents about the American election.  Notaker specializes in recent political history in the United States.

While in Decorah, he spoke with Becky and Peter Olafsen of Decorah and Jon Peterson of Eagan, Minnesota.
