15 open enrollment requests will be considered by the North Winneshiek School Board Thursday

Members of the North Winneshiek School Board will be presented with 15 requests from families to allow their children to go to school in Decorah this fall, instead of attending North Winn.

School board members will meet at 4:30 p.m. in the North Winneshiek Library.  They will be asked to approve open enrollment requests for three prekindergarten students, eight kindergarten students, one 2nd grader, two 5th graders and one 8th grader.

School board members also will be asked to set a budget hearing for Monday, April 11th, at 4:30 p.m. in the North Winneshiek School Library and will hold a public hearing on the 2016-2017 calendar.
