Two Decorah residents arrested on drug charges

Decorah Police have arrested two Decorah residents on drug charges.

17-year-old Rjis Alan Johnson Nesset and 18-year-old Dominick Watson were stopped while Nesset was driving on Iowa Avenue around 11:30 Monday night.  Police officers say they discovered Nesset showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. 

Nesset was referred to Juvenile Court on charges of Operating While Impaired, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Watson was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
