Helping Services Bowl-a-thon raises $8,500

Helping Services for Northeast Iowa says its Youth Mentoring Bowl-a-thon held March 5th at Oneota Lanes in Decorah raised over $8,500.

Approximately 85 bowlers on 22 teams went bowling to support the mission of youth mentoring. The money they raised will go towards providing caring adult role models for youth in Allamakee, Howard and Winneshiek Counties.
