Boys Scouts decorate cookies for Wellington Place

Wellington Place residents and staff members have gotten some decorated cookies—thanks to members of Boy scout Troop 66 of Decorah.  At their regularly scheduled meeting the Scouts decorated the cookies as part of their community service requirement.  The boys need to do so many hours of community service at the different ranks in order to advance and work towards becoming an Eagle Scout.
