Calmar woman arrested on OWI charges

Decorah Police have arrested a Calmar woman on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated.

Police say officers observed 50-year-old Kimberly Kay Wemark Malanaphy driving a truck down Water Street around 2:00 a.m. Saturday. They stopped her, gave her a sobriety test, then took her to the Winneshiek County Jail.
