Executive Chef Tom Skold  from the Hotel Winneshiek presented the recipes and techniques to the Foods students last spring.  The dishes will be featured this year at the Viking Cafe.  The meal is made by the Foods II and Foods III classes and served by Foods II and Hospitality.  The Hospitality students will be planning the menus and completing the cost analysis of the menus for the remainder of the year. The Industrial Technology class made the sign on the east end of the school.

Instructor for the related food courses is Dana Einck

The cafe is located at the far east end of the high school, with parking available just outside the entrance. Since seating is limited, reservations need to be made at 382-3643.
