Decorah Middle School has turned 10 years old

Decorah Middle School opened its doors to students for the very first time on February 23rd, 2006.

On Tuesday, MIddle School students were able to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the building with a special lunch that included birthday cakes and birthday balloons at the cafeteria tables.

Decorah Middle School Principal Leona Hoth says the celebration was held to thank the public for its support ten years ago of a new building to house 5th through 8th graders.
