Second bald eagle egg laid

Now there are two.  The second egg of the 2016 season--D25--was laid Sunday night at 7:46 at the bald eagle nest near the Fish Hatchery.

While laying three eggs in a season is rare among bald eagles, that has been typical for the Decorah bald eagle pair.  If there is a third egg laid, chances are it would happen Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
