Iowa State University students can't get to Decorah, so Tuesday night's Winneshiek County Planning & Zoning Commission meeting has been delayed

The Winneshiek County Planning and Zoning Commission has cancelled its scheduled 7:30 p.m. Tuesday joint meeting with county supervisors and representatives from Iowa State University.  In the wake of last year's county board approval of an updated zoning ordinance, county officials had wanted to discuss a potential collaboration with Iowa State staffers on a "Resource Protection Overlay District."  However, weather issues kept the students from being able to get to Decorah.
