WMC's Leah Reihle awarded "Star of the Year" honor

Winneshiek Medical Center Information Technology Department staffer Leah Riehle has been named the hospital's 2015 "Star of the Year" because of her efforts to meet patient needs by improving technology systems for the clinic and hospital. 

Said Winneshiek Medical Center Chief Administrative Officer Lisa Radtke, "Leah not only serves patients during the day, she is a volunteer to help others as an emergency responder.  She views her calling, regardless of the hat she is wearing, as a way to serve others."  

Leah has worked at Winneshiek Medical Center since 1996, beginning her employment in various areas of patient care before joining Information Technology in 2005.  She currently serves as Lead Healthcare Information Systems Analyst, a position that supports the electronic health record technology for the medical center.
