Pankow leaving Decorah Law Enforcement Center

Friday is the last day of work at the Decorah Law Enforcement Center for 9-1-1 Communications Specialist Jon Pankow. Pankow has accepted an offer to move over to the Decorah Public Library, where he will become the IT specialist.

Pankow has worked at the Law Enforcement Center since it moved to behind Decorah City Hall. Decorah Police Chief Bill Nixon says Pankow will be missed. Interviews with candidates for the 9-1-1 communications specialist job will begin later this month.
