Luther College is hosting a State Historical Museum of Iowa exhibit about the first-in-the-nation Iowa Caucus.
"Every four years Iowans play a unique role in narrowing the field of presidential candidates," State Historical Museum of Iowa Director Susan Kloewer said. "I invite all Iowans to experience this exhibit that captures Iowa's rich caucus history through stories, photographs and artifacts from the Museum's extensive political collection."
The exhibit is on display at Preus Library through Friday, January 15th. It is free and open to the public.
The exhibit includes video clips, images and artifacts from past caucuses. It also discussed the question "Why is Iowa uniquely positioned to hold the first-in-the-nation caucuses?"
The State Historical Society of Iowa is a division of the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs.
