Ask Mr. Answer Person: "How can we get rid of our Christmas tree? (Part Two)

Our "Ask Mr. Answer Person" article Wednesday about recycling Christmas trees has brought a reminder from the Winneshiek County Recycling Center:

"We recycle artificial trees here at the recycling recent in Freeport.  People can drop them off here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year."

The recycling folks also remind the public that tree lights can be recycled, too.
