"Toppling Hunger" promotion raises $500 for the First Lutheran Food Pantry

Toppling Goliath Brewing Company partnered with the First Lutheran Church Food Pantry in December to raise money for the food pantry.

Food items were accepted at Toppling Goliath.  Monetary donations could also be made.  Community members donated over $250--and Toppling Goliath matched all donations, which brought the grand total of donations to over $500. 

Assistant Taproom Manager Megan Koenigs said, "It was great to see so many people donate towards this wonderful cause.  Any little bit towards helping others in need, especially around the holiday season, can make someone's day a little brighter."  Koenigs says Toppling Goliath hopes to continue the event in the future.
