Spectrum Network Interim Executive Director Bev Frederick met with county supervisors Monday to give them a report on the changes that have occurred since the organization dismissed its previous Executive Director, Dr. Deb Schott. While Frederick was hired as an interim director, she says she has been considering applying for the job on a full-time basis.
Frederick told supervisors she has helped make changes to the agency's billing process and focused on improving communications at the agency. "It takes a team of people to do things," she told county supervisors, explaining that she is trying to get multiple people involved in leadership tasks at Spectrum.
The agency serves 105 developmentally disabled people in Howard and Winneshiek Counties.
