Decorah man arrested on domestic abuse charges

Decorah Police say they were called to 608 Vernon Street on Christmas Day night and found a disturbance in progress.

Police officers arrested 29-year-old Ryan Hackman of Decorah and charged him with Domestic Abuse Assault. Hackman also had an outstanding warrant through Winneshiek County.
