Decorah woman wins $1,000 from local insurance agency

Decorah resident Kim Larson is now $1,000 richer.  Brian Petersburg from the A & J Petersburg Agency presented Larson with a check for $1,000 after her name was selected in a drawing of names of people who had referred friends or family to the insurance agency during 2015.

A & J Petersburg's referral program gives $10 in Decorah Chamber Dollars to anyone who provides the name, phone number and e-mail address of a friend of family member.  A & J Petersburg then contacts the referral and provides them with an insurance quote.  There is no obligation to buy insurance.

Each time someone makes a referral, they get their name in the December drawing for $1,000.
