Decorah City Council to hold possible closed door session Wednesday morning to discuss the performance of a city employee.

The Decorah City Council has scheduled a special session for 7:00 Wednesday morning to discuss the performance of a city employee.

A notice of the meeting said "city council members would "evaluate the professional competency of an individual."  If the city employee requests it, the meeting would be held in closed session.

City council members also will discuss upcoming contract talks with the city employees' union.
