Fort Atkinson woman arrested on domestic abuse charges

A Fort Atkinson woman has been charged with Aggravated Misdemeanor Domestic Abuse Assault.
Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a home southwest of Fort Atkinson are 1:15 Sunday morning. They arrested 49-year-old Kathy Stepan on the assault charge and booked her into the Winneshiek County Jail.
