Luther College presents Dr. Carlo A. Sperati Award to Curtis Reiso of Decorah

The 2015 Dr. Carlo A. Sperati Award from Luther College has been given to Decorah resident Curtis Reiso, a 1954 Luther graduate, for his years of faithful service to the music department and Luther's touring ensembles.

Reiso spent more than 40 years working at the college, retiring in 1995. In addition to the work he did in the admissions office, development office and career center, he was the coordinator of music tours for Luther's touring ensembles.  He coordinated 86 domestic concert tours, 14 European tours, and two trips to Hawaii.
