Eldorado woman hospitalized following Saturday morning traffic accident

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says 43-year-old Lynn Helgerson of Eldorado was injured around 8:30 Saturday morning when she lost control of her car on Middle Calmar Road and it rolled over.

Helgerson was transported to Winneshiek Medical Center, where she was treated for injuries and released.  The roadway at the time of the accident was frost and ice covered due to changing temperatures.

The accident caused $6,000 in damages.
