Cresco woman arrested on three charges

Decorah Police were called to 223 College Drive at 3:40 Saturday morning.

When they arrived, they found inside 46-year-old Andrea Strand of 302 Second Street in Cresco.  Strand was asked to leave--but allegedly refused.  She was then arrested on charges of Criminal Trespass, Interference with Official Acts and Assault on a Police Officer.
