Former Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice to visit Decorah

Former Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Marsha Ternus will be visiting Decorah soon.

Ternus now is the Director of The Harkin Institute for Public Policy and Citizen Engagement at Drake University.  She is a frequent lecturer on judicial independence, judicial selection and retention, the politicization of the judiciary, and restorative justice.

Ternus will visit Decorah on Friday, November 13th, to speak at The Spectrum Network's annual meeting and banquet at 6:00 p.m. at Peace Dining Room at Luther College.
