Decorah man arrested on domestic abuse charges

Police have arrested 25-year-old Joshua Ramos of Decorah on a charge of Domestic Abuse Simple Assault and a second charge of violating a protective order.

Decorah Police say they were called to a home on Heivly Street at 2:30 Sunday morning.  Following their investigation, the two criminal charges were filed against Ramos.
