Ask Mr. Answer Person: "are we getting a roundabout at Claiborne and Heivly?"

Joe e-mails: "Do you know what is being done to the "triangle island" in front of City Hall?  Are we lucky enough to be getting a roundabout there?"

Mr. Answer Person says: "In a word, 'no.'  The work being done is just a small project to improve curbing in the area.
