Public hearing on Frankville Water District financing delayed three weeks

A public hearing scheduled on the financing of the Frankville Water District has been postponed until October 19th.

An error made in the published notice of Monday's meeting caused the delay.  Attorneys in Des Moines used the wrong dollar amount for the loan and the wrong type of loan.

A new public notice will be printed showing the Water District wants to borrow $910,000 in revenue bonds over a 30 year period.
