Enrollment figures are steady this fall at NICC

6,864 students are currently enrolled at Northeast Iowa Community College, according to the latest enrollment report from the school.  Interestingly, 40 percent of those students are high school students taking classes through NICC.

NICC vice president of academic affairs Dr. Kathy Nacos-Burds says 2,740 high school students are enrolled in concurrent enrollment courses through NICC.

Overall, enrollment at NICC is flat in credit hours and up one percent in the number of students enrolled.
