One vote does matter in South Winneshiek School Board election

The South Winneshiek School Board had the only contested race in Tuesday's election, with three candidates running for two spots on the board.

Don Schroeder was the top vote getter, with 67 votes. The second seat was decided by one vote. Robert Busch received 35 votes, with Bridget Adam getting 34 votes.
